He purchased this 4 weeks ago from a local. Reason for selling is that he listens to a lot of older blues vinyl which is often recorded poorly, on a well recorded album I have never heard anything better with such detail and sound stage it's astonishingly good but badly recorded albums it is too good and shows up all the flaws and results in being a bit bright but I cannot emphasise enough about how good it sounds on all but the poorly recorded albums. Balance or unbalanced (cd's sound amazing) it is a fantastic preamp which if I had the money I would buy for myself. It is in almost near mint condition except for a mark on the top edge of the front panel as shown in the photos (unfortunately this was not disclosed by previous seller and my friend only discovered it when unpacking at home) it is quite difficult to see unless you are really looking up close otherwise it is excellent. Comes with the factory Shuguang 101D tubes. Has original box and packaging so can ship at buyers cost (it weighs 32kg packed and box dimensions are 510*360*570 mm) valves come in a seperate small package as shown in photos. My vote would be Cayin. I have a Vp100i and a friend has a A88t mk1 and they both sound astonishingly good with a wide range of speakers of varying sensitivity. Dead quiet, no annoying hum. Build quality is top quality and very good bang for your buck. Sent from my iPhone
