  1. So how long exactly have you had your kuro mb? Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  2. Haha is that your comback? Maybe you should go and view your Kuro again in case you have any doubt lingering in the back of your mind....which is quite possible considering it took you those final two hours to decide on keeping it. And for the record I am an electronic technician still active in the service industry Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  3. Don't need to see it. They use the same panel. Plenty of reviews out there reiterating just that. Do the research ; ) Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  4. The ZT is more expensive due to the process of bonding the glass and making it airless/gapless. There are only two places in Japan that can facilitate this process apparently. The diffrrence is negligible really and not worth the extra money. Both models are Panasonics flagship plasmas. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  5. Intersting. I haven't had the pleasure of seeing an OLED tv yet. I'm suprised it has taken this long to get there though with phones having used Active Matrix Organig LED panels for some time now.Agree with you on LED tv's, the picture is not that great. Very cartoon like and over saturated IMHO. Plasmas are still better. As far as LG go I still have no confidence in them as for years they would fail just outside of their warranty period, which is why they also flood ebay with faulty/repair ads. Never ever judge a tv by what you see in store...well the big mass production stores anyway. They all play slow motion content to hide the deficiencies. Not to mention having the contrast and brightness levels at crazy levels. Any TV you are looking to buy should be viewed and judged at 50-60% contrast/brightness levels to judge its performance. The last thing you want is a TV running near its peak to give you the picture you desire.....Won't last too long understandably and if it does you will be left with a weak picture. 6. So you needed that last two hours of viewing to convince you to keep it after owning it for how long?? Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  7. I do read well thanks and know that pana are no longer making plasma sets. I only asked the question as your initial post saying you were tossing up between your kuro and a new vt set and deciding to keep your kuro were only 2 hours apart... Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  8. The pana is far from cheap looking lol and while the sound is actually very good ,who listens to tv through the tv speakers these days anyhow haha?? If you are happy with your set why even ask the question to begin with? Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  9. I see, I guess when you spend that much on a set up its worth the time and money to add... Good luck with the sale JohnA Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  10. Nice set up! What are those 6 things on the window ledge, speakers that match the big fellas in the corners?? Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  11. Just picked up a Pioneer CT-F1250 cassett deck. Nice upgrade on the 750 I have also added a Pioneer PL-530 turntable! Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  12. Brilliant idea and execution. The icing on the cake would be to get the VU meters working! Well done. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  13. Sometimes you have to.... Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  14. Haha. Panasonic bought pioneers Kuro patents, their engineers and have had several years to work their majic....but hey they still cant cut it, I rest my case! Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  15. Exactly what I have Mark. A friend of mine knows a couple of the guys at one of the big JB stores and I was able to pick one up for $3500 inclusive of 5 years warranty. The two guys from JB both have the same set also and swore by them. Stuff Jeeps, Don't hold back and get a Panasonic plasma! Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
