  1. Item: Cardas Clear Light Speaker Cable 3m Location: Melbourne Price: $1450 plus postage Item Condition: Excellent Reason for selling: Changed to Naim so using their cable Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: Bought by me new from Addicted to Audio. I have the receipt and packaging. Banana plugs both ends. https://addictedtoaudio.com.au/products/cardas-clear-light-speaker-cable?variant=16064000131 Amazing cables, made the world of difference to my last system. I've changed to Naim and they recommend using their own speaker cable, which is working well, so these are unused and might as well be used by someone else. 2. These guys are authorised repairers https://techshops.com.au/
  3. Have you compared them to Naim cable by chance?
  4. Thank you. I’ll look at all these options. Much appreciated.
  5. If interested, this is the thread that piqued my interest https://community.naimaudio.com/t/cardas-golden-reference-speaker-cables-on-sn2/2762
  6. Thanks - I’ve bought the amp from one of these fine gentlemen who doesn’t endorse it. I was as much interested in trying it as anything else though. In other words, even if I don’t need it I’d be curious to try it if I could find where to get the damn stuff!
  7. I’m not really sure. I’ve read conflicting accounts
  8. Hi all I have a Naim Supernait 2 incoming and I’ve read on the Naim forum that my speaker cables - cardas clear light - are not compatible due to their inductance or capacitance, one of the two! (cardas are litz cables) So, I’d like to try some Naim NAC A5 speaker cable. can anyone recommend where to get these made up? Or where to buy? They aren’t that common online! I’m in Melbourne if relevant. Thanks!
  9. Does this need Naim speaker cable to get the best out of it? Thanks
  10. Hi mate, No, it doesn't have the phono or DAC modules. I believe you can buy them and they plug in fairly easily.
  11. Item: Bryston B135 SST² Integrated Amplifier Location: Melbourne Price: $4,199 Item Condition: Mint Reason for selling: Interested in trying something new Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: I'm selling this to try something different. The unit is absolutely mint, black finish, and comes with the optional remote control (which lists for $699 alone!). It was purchased new by me in May 2015. The amplifier retails for $7k new so this is a bargain. I still have all the packaging so COULD ship, but would prefer local pickup if possible. I'm be interested in a trade for a NAIM Supernait 2, or one of the NAIM Uniti Novas, but that's about all. Some info Brochure is here: http://www.bryston.com/PDF/brochures/B135_BROCHURE.pdf 135W into 8 Ohms (180W into 4 Ohms) Over 30,000 MFD of filter capacitance per channel Three ultra-low-noise power transformers Separate ground paths for Digital and Analog Gold plated switch, contacts, and connectors Pre-out/main in connectors Computer modelled heat-sink. Convection cooled and housed in a fully aluminium chassis Headphone jack 20 year warranty (16 years to go!) This is an incredible amplifier, with a low noise floor and pitch black background. It excels in bringing out detail in recordings without (somehow!) highighting flaws in production. 12. Ah yes of course! Thanks, I’m in no rush
