  1. EOI Item: Martin Logan Spire Electrostatic Speakers Location: Upper North Shore, Sydney Price: $5,250 ONO Item Condition: Great Reason for selling: Trying something different Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: Looking to try something different in the way of regular 'cone speakers but only if I can move these at a reasonable price. I have owned the MLs since new; both panels have been replaced as has one of the amplifier modules (in the last couple of years) - both repairs done by AudioConnections. The speakers sound like they did when new. Difficult to capture on photo but both speakers present very nicely and are finished in Bubinga (which came at extra $$$). Soundwise, they're like being in a cathedral, with a soundstage well outside the boundaries of the speakers and floor-to-ceiling. Delicate yet can go loud and still keep composed. Bass is via conventional 10" cone and is subterranean (can be trimmed easily by rear-controls). These were the first MLs based on CLX /XStat technology and IMO look stunning with their thin frame. Am probably going to regret this but the itch has started and must be satisfied, so looking to try something different. Strong preference is collection from Sydney (I can arrange a demo for serious buyers, just BYO vinyl or dial in a tune on TIDAL). I have all original spikes and covers. The outer cardboard boxes have water damage but may be able to revive them at a push. Will thrown in some Supra custom power cables, as the speakers need power. Photos:

  3. Item: Samsung S7 Edge 32B Onyx Black + FIIO BTR1 + Screen protector + case Location: East Lindfield, Sydney Price: $375 ONO + postage Item Condition: Excellent Reason for selling: NLR Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal (via friends), Bank Transfer Extra Info: Few items in this sale: 1. Samsung S7 Edge 32Gb Onyx Black - close to mint except for some minor wear on the home button; the phone has never needed to be repaired so all parts are 100% original. Originally a Telstra phone (has the Telstra 4GX logo on start up), unlocked with clear IMEI number. The phone has been wrapped in a Spigen case with Olixar screen protector since purchase so front, back, sides and edges are in fantastic condition. The battery will last all day with average-to-moderate use. Boxed with original charger included (no headphones however). 2. FIIO BTR1 - great little Bluetooth Headphone DAC/AMP. Supports AptX and lasts for ~8hrs on a single charge. Noticable up-tick in SQ when compared to plugging the headphones directly in the phone. The unit also supports Bluetooth voicecalls. This is a current model (http://www.fiio.net/en/products/77) and not a million miles in SQ from the BTR3. Boxed in original packaging. 3. Olixar Screen Protector for S7 Edge - brand new I am also throwning in the Spigen case for the phone, it will keep you going for a while until you get a replacement. Note - the case is worn but still 100% intact and will keep the phone well protected. Pictures (WYSISYG):

  8. Item: Noble BTS Location: Sydney Price: $40 ONO + postage Item Condition: New Reason for selling: NLR Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal (+3%), COD Only Extra Info: New Noble Bluetooth Solution (BTS) received from Brannan in exchange for my previous unit but this one unfortuntaley suffers from the issues, so I would suggest these are design flaw: - Poor battery life (1-15.hrs) (the unit charges pretty quickly from any standard 5V USB charger or port) - Background hiss from one of the channels - Microphony Saying that the sound quality is a marked uptick I get from a hardwired connection to a Samsung S7 so if you can live with these issues, you'll be happy! Please purchase with the above in mind. Pictures:

  10. Item: Mission M71i Stand-mount Speakers Location: Upper North Shore, Sydney Price: $250 ono Item Condition: Excellent Reason for selling: NLR Payment Method: Pick-up - Cash, Bank Transfer Extra Info: Excellent set of Mission 71i speakers - perfect as the main speakers in a small / medium room or in a second system. As you can see from the pics, the speakers can be bi-wired. Purchased new, the speakers do not get much use nowadays, hence selling. I recently had them plugged into my main system whilst my floor-standers were out of action and all I can say is that they were playing very very nicely with my Vitus pushing them along. Sound-stage, imaging and bass belies their modest dimensions. The speakers are in excellent condition - mid / sub + tweeter units as new, as are the grills. The underside of the cabinets have some superficial scratches (from speaker mounts) and one of the top corners has a small ding (which can only be seen upon close inspection). I have the original packaging (manual somewhere, I think) so can post. As you'd expect, these are pretty heavy, ~4kg each I'd say. Pickup on Weekends + evenings can also be arranged from Lindfield.
