My house full of smoke was a giveaway also my kid also call 000 LOL No the board look nasty but is fine the copper tracks underneath are undamaged, finding the both the Toshiba 2SA1302 and 2SC3281s replacement going to be fun though

Thank you both, sorry for the confusion the right channel was up in smoke and destroyed all power transistors, luckily enough the left channel is still good. The one shown is from the left channel, I needed to remove the thermistor from the transistor to find it part no.

No marking on both sides.

Thanks both, very interesting conversations Silly me, its from an old Conrad Johnson SA-400, no luck finding the service manual. I done some measurement and the initial resistance was around 800R after applying some heat the resistance decreases as its temperature increases Is this a negative temperature coefficients thermistor? by the way its was connected between the base and emitter pins

Its from a power amp, yes I think its some sort of temperature sensor but I want to ensure that I can find a replacement before removing it from the transistor. I think the transistor look like a a Motorola F15030 but not confidence
