  1. Is the price for both ? if so then I’ll take them. Pm me with your payment details.
  2. Where did you buy the attachment from ?
  3. In a previous HiFi show I heard the Linton paired with audiolab 6000 series amp… I thought it was a good match. It should be within your price range.
  4. Any indication of pricing ?
  5. Is there a price list for the kojo range ?
  6. A few models to select from the brands of Sugden, Pass Labs, Luxman, Gryphon.
  7. Some brands below that have warm sounding models (ps not all models within a brand are). amp - sugden, pass labs, luxman, gryphon (perhaps more dark than warm). speakers - wharfedale (older models, haven’t heard the current models), epos (older models, haven’t heard newer models), many BBC based designs (Harbeth, Rogers, Spendor), Tannoy. you don’t have to get both items with a warm tone as neutral + warm = warm. a good example of this is the above mentioned combination of Wharfedale Linton (warm) + Audiolab 6000A (neutral with good bass weight). also suggest that even if you can’t buy both together, you audition both and determine your selection upfront for both. of the 2 items you have, the change in amp will give a bigger improvement (as others have suggested) ie your speakers are better than your amp in showing the improvement of the change. hope this helps
  8. one doesn’t have to connect all components. In my experience it works for some and not for others e.g. there was an overall improvement when I connected an Entreq to my amp, not when I connected to my streamer. also remember that component’s circuitry are “joined” together by both the ground wire of the power cable and via the negative/ground wire the interconnect cable. So connect to one device is also connecting it to its neighbours.
  9. Any early thoughts on your SGS1 sig ? I think the SGS process to select which grounding point to use ends up picking the one with the lowest resistance. I think Entreq have a more scientific method using a multimeter to measure where port of a component has the lowest restrained.
  10. If available I’ll take this. please PM me your payment details.
  11. I noticed that the SX has voltage rating but the power cell doesn’t. Does this mean that a US bought version is suitable for 240v 50hz as well ?
  12. What got my interest is that In the reviews at that site, someone compares it favourably to the bada units which are at the same price point. you’ve got other filtering units so this won’t be as useful for you.
  13. Thanks for sharing. ive been looking at this one https://quartzacoustic.com/shop/muzishare-p-10-high-fidelity-isolated-ac-noise-filter-with-grounding-post-power-strip-conditioner/
  14. How did you go with your new silver wired powerboard ? have you had a chance to compare it with anything similar like an isotek ?
  15. Supernait and Shl5+ Combo works well. Tannoys with pass labs xa30.8 also works well. im guessing supernait and tannoy might not work well.
  16. SN2 and 3 match well with Harbeths like SHL5 series.
  17. Johnny from audio Origami might be able to help you as he refurbishes them (or used to).
  18. I’m also yet to find a decent non-mains version…. might need to look at a rechargeable vertical torch from bunnings…
