  1. BUMP and Price Drop to $1500 as I have found another non HT toy I would like.
  2. Item: CAVX Aussiemorphic Anamorphic Lens Mk 4 Location: Adelaide Price: $1500 1800 + shipping Item Condition: very good, installed into a fixed location and not moved, might be some minor surface marks Reason for selling: Not using, surplus Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, COD, bank transfer Extra Info: This is the second Mk4 I have owned, first was sold to finance my sons trip to the US and I have owned MK3's and Mk3+C prior to these. In between I zoomed to get the scope image. I prefer the lens option for scope viewing as I find the picture to be brighter, noting that the projector I use is a Mitsubishi HC7000 which isn't very bright, but has great picture quality. This would be one of the best value for money ways to get into scope and get the most from your projector. The Mk4's are a great lens and in my opinion, the cylindrical mk4's are a noticeable improvement over the "trophy glass" type lens. I consider this to be the best value for money lens available, very solid and heavy due to the alloy construction. Unfortunately with the adult children moved out and work getting crazy, busy the movie room doesn't get used as much, barely once a month. Happy to demo if your in Adelaide. Pictures:

  4. Purchased these to use in the office but unfortunately my associates do not share my interest in music and the speakers do not work so well as a studio type monitor at low volume. The Left and Right are model 300's and the center is a model 100C. All made in Canada. They are in average condition, cabinets have scratches, bumps and dents, particularly corners and edges. Drivers all appear to be fine. $20 Donation to SNA and they are yours. Pick up is from the Burnside area.
  5. Item: Goldring GL75 Transcription Turntable Location: Adelaide Price: $100 Item Condition: Fair and reasonable for age Reason for selling: No longer required Payment Method: Pickup - Cash Extra Info: Purchased this with intention of doing a project to refurbish and upgrade. Unfortunately after 2 years this hasn't happened and do not have time. Overall is reasonable condition. The motor runs but the idler wheel is slow to engage, might need to be replaced or the tension spring replaced. Also as can be seen from the photos will need to be rewired (power cable, earth and line outs) and the lid is damaged on one side. The unit is pretty heavy so pick up only. Pictures:
  6. Item: Dynaudio Center Base Location: Adelaide Price: $120 inc postage within Aust (RRP $220) Item Condition: excellent, 9/10 only as it came out of the packaging and got dust on it Reason for selling: Surplus Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, COD, bank transfer Extra Info: Purchased this when I had a Dyn SCX. I upgraded to the confidence center and it came with a center base 2. Comes in original packaging and has all accessories (two wedges 4 inch and 8.8 inch, spikes) https://www.dynaudio.com/home-audio/accessories/center-base Pictures:

    FS: Sennheiser IE80

Item: Sennheiser IE80 Location: Adelaide Price: $250 ono inc postage in AusPost Express Post bag Item Condition: 9/10, basically look new Reason for selling: surplus Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Bank Transfer, COD Extra Info: Purchased these about 12 months ago and have used then sparingly in the office (less than 100 hours) with a dragonfly red. Really impressive with a great sound stage and the adjustable bass is a handy feature. I have upgraded to IE800's so no longer required. All of the original accessories are included as is the original packaging. Pictures:
  12. Krix sound wall is about $20k for what was on display, drops to 15 if you go with the smaller ones that are to the left of the tv in the picture.
  13. To call someone a troll just because they choose to say they don’t like something is a bit harsh. I think I listen to a diverse range of music but I am pretty sure I could clear the room pretty quickly at most hifi shows with Daft Punk or many other EDM artist that I like to listen to.
  14. Agree the legend / red gum room really showed what great value hifi is. Mcintosh/sonus faber were very nice but a bit bass loaded when standing up. Devialet for me just seemed to lack a bit of lower mid, might be the room Melody look amazing and make the big JBLs sound nice, bit out of my price range unfortunately. also thought the Halton Audio/Fava to SGR passive was impressive. krix cinema wall I was really nice and talked for quite a while with the Rep about projectors, scope lens and the demise of DTV. overall well worth the flight from Adelaide.

    Who's going Friday???

Flew in last night and staying at the venue. Got to check out the Halcro lounge. What a beautiful sight, the new ones come in black and the door size mini monitors really are quite large. Unfortunately nothing switched on to listen to.
