  1. Heya, I've read a few folks recommend Qualhifi as a good place to get Denon amps serviced, but I'm wondering if there is somewhere in Melbourne closer to Brunswick (north of the city) that might be just as good? The model is a Denon AVC-A1, quite old and with a few quirks that I'm not sure can be fixed or not (i.e. headphone jack randomly engaging and the rear right channel has a fair bit of distortion)...I'm just not sure I want to cart it so far if there's a good repair option north of city! Cheer, nedrum

  3. Item: Yamaha RX-V2095 Location: Abbotsford, Melbourne Price: $300 Item Condition: 8/10 (No discernable marks) Reason for selling: Selling on behalf of my bro, who's moving to the US Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: Find a review here Some words from my bro (although I think mostly from the Yamaha website ): "The RX-V2095 is a 7 channel receiver providing the finest performance and processing available for music and video sound. Discrete power transistors rather than IC chips are used in the amplifier section to provide the cleanest sound possible. The amp delivers 100 watts each to the five channels i.e. Main, Centre and Rear at a very low 0.02% THD and 25 watts each to the front effects. This amp is a true audiophile quality product in perfect operating condition. I paid $2,100 for this unit and it comes packaged in a rare Gold and wood styling. Included are remotes (Main and Zone 2), AM Loop Antenna and the original User Manual." Feel free to shoot through any questions and I'll answer as soon as I can .
