Philip Vafiadis Posted August 4, 2010 Share Posted August 4, 2010 VAF has a new reference site in Sydney for our loudspeakers Located at shop 5/18 Bungan Street Mona Vale - ph: 99 975 313 Mick & Carmelina (the owners) have just taken over the site and are now carrying pretty much the whole VAF range of loudspeakers. Sydney based SNA members, visitors and friends are welcome to visit to find out for yourselves why VAF loudspeakers are so well regarded among some others here in SNA - Everyone at VAF is very proud of the new models. Mick is very passionate about sound, and its good to have him aboard - I hope some of you Sydney members get to know him and make him welcome. He is setting up both Home Theatre and high quality stereo systems across quit a few different price points so this will be a great opportunity to get a good feel for the whole VAF range from our little DC-3 G4MKII Universal Loudspeaker at $499 each through to our flagship Mk2 Signature I-93 at $11,999 per pair. He doesn't have our SoundWall in the first delivery but expects to add that soon. chip.man Posted September 15, 2010 Share Posted September 15, 2010 Just a quick suggestion that future offers might want to be posted with an expiration date on them. As an existing VAF owner (for the last 11 or 12 years) I saw an opportunity for potentially upgrading at a discounted price as well as for my friend (who has been lusting after a pair of VAF's for a few years) to get his own pair new and discounted from the factory. Upon inquiry at Sydney Hifi I was told that the offer had been withdrawn by VAF on 31/08/10 so I had missed the window by a week. Needless to say I am a little disappointed.
