Audio Trends to Show Sony’s $90,000 4K Home Theatre Projector

Audio Trends, one of Melbourne's assets when it comes to world-class AV retail outlets is set to showcase Sony's VPL-VW5000ES 4K Home Theatre Projector on Thursday April 14, and you're invited.

As Australia’s premier 4K projector specialists Audio Trends has been chosen by Sony to be the first in Australia to present the latest top of the range Laser Projector – the mighty VPL-VW5000ES.

The Sony VPL-VW5000ES Laser Projector brings movies to life with extraordinary cinematic detail, colour and contrast. Combining an advanced laser light source with the same Sony 4K SXRD panel technology that's found in Sony’s professional cinema projectors the VPL-VW5000ES produces sublime 4K images (4096 x 2160), four times the resolution of standard Full HD, using laser technology. No replacing projector lamps ever again!

Next Thursday night is for all movie buffs and not just well heeled high-end fanatics, so they want you and your friends to come along and experience full 4K source material that will deliver performance better than probably anything else you have ever seen on earth. Convenient and continuous 30 minute demonstrations will be conducted by the Professional Sony team at times listed below.

There will also be nibbles and drinks provided, so come along for a bite to eat and something to sip as you watch this stunning 4K Laser Projector in action.

Afternoon Sessions will run from 1PM to 4PM, while evening sessions will run from 6:30PM to 8:30PM.

But hurry, you will need to reserve your free spot via the Try Booking website.

Audio Trends is located at 10 Argent Place, Ringwood. Victoria. Phone (03) 9874 8233

    applause awards

Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.

Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.

The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.

We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
