I often wonder if reviews commenting that speakers like this use a scanspeak driver is doing the product a disservice. I am sure it's not an off the shelf component, but coming from a speaker the does have in-house drivers it makes you think " oh, OK". I guess the more vertically integrated guys are rare enough that it isn't a potential issue for most buyers. This is just a thought, not a criticism of the product and it's sound quality. They don't use scan speak for the mid or bass, I believe Andy creates his own drivers.
