Hi all,

Reaching out for some guidance before I pick up a ASW 300 B&W Sub as I am not sure of the connection.

Trying to connect it to a rega Brio and B&W 601 S2's.

Looking at the Sub manual it seems this connection is the way to go.

Am I right with that connection and any suggestions with this set up?

Cheers

Yes that will work. I have a sub on my 2 channel setup,  configured the same way.

Some amps have a sub output and there can be a single sub input on the sub.

Main advantage of this set up is five cable instead of eight.

Thank you. Awesome! Now just to pick it up and hook it up.

When you say five and eight cable, are you referring to the speaker cables?

As it looks like I will need to get a few more speaker cables for this.

Yes  the speaker cables.

Left  + & -  and  Right + & - is really two cables , not the four that it looks like on the diagram.

So it is actually two pairs and a single  instead of  four pairs
