BC63
As pictured, looks like 100ohm screen grid resistor to me, marked as 'PRC SM186 100 5%', I have tried Jaycar and Altronics with no luck. Anyone got idea where to get the exact same one? or any alternative? Many thanks.
soundbyte
Perhaps this is not a resistor but perhaps an inductor? Resistors are usually marked with colour rings, but not all. A circuit diagram should sort out what it is.
surprisetech
Precision 100 Ohm Wire-wound Resistor. 0.1% 3Watts 500V http://www.precisionresistor.com/SM186-3W-Wire-Wound-Precision-Power-Resistor.html If you search/filter the fixed value, through-hole resistor listings on Element14, RS, Digikey, Mouser etc. you should find something very close. You might struggle to find something with 0.1% tolerance though. Might have to settle for 1% if you can't source the original part.

Here is one from RS that I think can operate to 500V. http://au.rs-online.com/web/p/through-hole-fixed-resistors/8505588/ http://www.vishay.com/docs/31021/cpf.pdf
BC63
Thanks everyone for the response. Found the Precision Resistor Co website though however no idea where to get it(shop/online)
ehtcom
Looks a lot like an Audio Research CA50. The resistor is on the UL tap to screen grid of the 6550. If you can't find an original, any high voltage 3W 100 ohm resistor will be okay, just replace all four of them so they are matched. Just noticed V11, is it a ref 600? if so, maybe try to find an original. Edited September 30, 2016 by ehtcom
LogicprObe
Yeah, you need to find the high voltage ones. Buy a stack of them so you can go through and measure each one to sort into matching quads (as ehtcom says) Then you can flog the rest off! Csng1
BENICH Have you replaced your PRC SM186 ? i have the same problem blown out Power resistor and a resistor that is parallel soldered to it, mine is ARC610T. Did you do it yourself how is the outcome, did you replace the tube as well. I am looking for the parts too. Chris
