Recommended Posts

Item: Audio Research VS110 Tube Power Amplifier

Location: Melbourne
Price: $2650
Item Condition: Mint
Reason for selling: Still trying to fund for an upgraded power amp (slowly getting there :P)
Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal (plus 3% fee please), COD Only
Extra Info:
Bought this from a fellow SNA member in Melbourne about a year ago. Really don't want to see it go but really need the funds to upgrade. Lovely tubey sound with great bass. It also comes with a cage as an extra gift :)

Not too many hours have been put into the amp as I do not get to listen to music that much now days, so the tubes should all still be fine. The previous owner has also re-tubed them before the sale.

Plenty of power to drive my Magnepan 3.7s and Typani IVa.

Here is the original sale thread. Hope @@WhoRu? does not mind me using his photos :)

Lovely Amp, but throw that ugly cage in the bin! Where to from here?

LOL thanks. It does look better without the cage but it does come in handy and extra protection is always nice  ;)

Upgrading to a SS amp with much higher power :)

Was planing to keep this one so one SS and one Tube; 2 different flavours depends on the mood if you know what I mean :)
