Seen It in 3D and thought it was great. I'm glad they didn't go over the top with the 3D effects just gave it such a great depth of field.
The story is simple and yes in some ways a bit of an age old plot but what really got me was concept of a forest, a planet that is biologicaly connected like a nural net. Wow! that was very creative. Who to say if millions of years ago in evolutionary cycle if things ziged instead of zaged it couldn't of happend.
