  1. Hi

  2. Epson globe cheap

Not sure what's going on there. Maybe there overstocked on certain lamps. That sounds like the price I payed last time. Just read the JVC x500 thread....there forking out $500+ for a genuine. Guess we're lucky. But the JVC's are quality projectors.
  3. Yeah I agree with Snoopy there's a bit to it. That guide looks good. Also if your web server is behind a router/firewallat home u may need to port forward 443/SSL to your sever. Also open the port.
  4. This depends..... is someone hosting your website for you? Like godaddy etc? Or are you guys hosting your own business web page yourself from home or at the business? Sent from my MHA-L09 using Tapatalk
  5. Epson globes seem to be cheap off the epson site. Picked up the elplp69 globe for my 9200 for $139. From memory they used to be $300+ for genuine maybe more. Not sure why the discount. Think they do a few other models too if anyone needs one. Thanks Sent from my MHA-L09 using Tapatalk
  6. Atmos ceiling speakers

Drummerboy how did u get them for $349 from Harvey Norman? Haggle? Sent from my MHA-L09 using Tapatalk
  7. Atmos ceiling speakers

Thanks for the info guys...drummerboy keep me posted id love to hear your feedback on the speakers. Sent from my MHA-L09 using Tapatalk
  8. Atmos ceiling speakers

The rest of my speakers aren't that flash. Just running Jensen Qx2 series from years ago. Never really got the 10k together to go to the next level. So these Yamaha ic800's are $300 for a pair? That's half the price I was thinking it would cost. Sent from my MHA-L09 using Tapatalk
  9. Can anyone recommend me some in ceiling speakers that are good for Atmos? Anything to look out for here....or is it pretty straight forward? People seem to talk about speakers that you can aim towards the seating position. I'm looking at round the $250-$300 per speaker mark. Thanks heaps Sent from my MHA-L09 using Tapatalk
  10. Yamaha rx-a3060

Picked this up yesterday came with a bonus Yamaha ISX-18b which is pretty cool. Got it all hooked up last night and have it a run....super stoked with the sound on my 7.1 really had some good punch. Excited to getting my Atmos up and running next. Sent from my MHA-L09 using Tapatalk
  11. Yamaha rx-a3060

I think that pg is referring to the 3060. I did see this unit at the Yamaha refurb distributor for $1999. I do see in your sig that you are running the 3060. How are you finding it? Thanks for the feedback Scott. All I seem to hear is mainly positive reviews on these AMP's. Gives me a piece of mind with the purchase.
  12. Yamaha rx-a3060

I did have a listen to the sucker in the store and liked what I heard. Not really a yammy fan so to speak but couldn't bring my to buy another Onkyo after the problems I had with the 807. The 3060 had so many positive reviews online and the 4 years warranty....I couldn't pass it up for that price. Sent from my MHA-L09 using Tapatalk
  13. Yamaha rx-a3060

Yeah I realise that I need to run an external amp to get the last 2 speakers going. As it is a 9.2 channel amp If anyone can recommend a 2 channel amp that would be great. I have a average Harmon Kardon 151 that was running my outdoor speakers. Wondering if this can get be my last 2 channels. It does have Analogue in RCA's, but dunno if this is will work. I did see the refurbished unit at $1999. My only concern with this is the limited warranty you get with it. Reading the info on the web site it says that Aventage Receivers that are refurbished only come with 2 years warranty rather than the 4. For $400 more bucks I'd rather get the full warranty.
  14. Yamaha rx-a3060

Hi All, Looking to pull the trigger on one of these units. My home system has been running in a degraded state since my onkyo 807 crapped it. Going forward I wanted to get 7.1.4 setup running and have come to the rx-a3060 as the best valued unit for the job. It seems to support Dolby Atmos & DTS X. It also seems to have all of the 4k stuff covered to. Has anyone purchased one of these units or has any feedback on these? Any gotcha's to look out for? I have been quoted a price of $2399 which I think is pretty reasonable. Thanks
  15. Yeah ive found myself on the back foot in FPS's for the tw-3000 & 9200. To the point it gets annoying. Thought about a big tv instead. Maybe the 9300 is the go then. Sent from my GT-N7105 using Tapatalk
