To the OP, be a little bit careful which tubes you put into your amp. If you are replacing the 6n1's your best bet is 6bq7/6bz7. They are the closest to the chinese 6n1's and can be had for about 3 or 4 bucks each on the bay. I can recommend Sylvania of Tung-sols although any of the US tubes will be an improvement over the originals.
