Holds 8 X AAA 1.5V batteries (internally) for long life use. 100ohms\1nF input load. Ferrite beads on input wiring. Dead quiet with good gain to drive EQ\MM stage. Carries the "retro-thermionic" brass nameplate. Small yellow LED indicates "on". Cast Al enclosure with internal bitumanised heavy Al foil dampening\screening. Heavy gold plated RCAs.
