CLAKEOWEN
Hi All, I seemed to have developed a new addiction, vintage hifi, previously most of my addictions have been related to motor vehicles and a certain red liquid that comes in a glass vessel, but I (as I suspect does my wife) fear this could my worst addiction. Possibly I can blame my late father who in no small way introduced me this highly addictive substance in the form of Leak, Quad, Garrard, SME need I go on! I have just purchased a pair of ESS AMT1 speakers in need of a lot love and my quest for knowledge has led me to this site, not entirely sure that it is wise to seek out fellow addicts but here I am! Kind Regards Owen.

A lot of vintage gear can kick contemporary hifi right up the arse and out of the living room...Enjoy.. Oh and yes, there is a whole world of vintage out there --- other than Sansui --- @@Luc --- Not that Sansui aint bad, but you'll find a big following around here for the ol' sui, sui, sui, oi, oi, oi http://www.stereo.net.au/forums/index.php?/topic/30419-vintage-hifi/page-64#entry1187491
