mrbuzzardstubble
A favourite cover which just happens to appear on an album by one of my favourite artists.

Guest
I'll play. This one... The most evil Eddie of them all. The album is called Killers, so does that mean that there are more of these bastards lurking in the night? Is there a whole gang of them? This one for the subtle anatomical anomaly... This one because it's so funny. They're all blissfully unaware that they are about to be crushed by a giant pinball This one, because.... Well, because it's hilarious as well. This one because it's Malmsteen fighting a three headed dragon with his guitar. Doesn't get more metal than that  And finally (for now) this one. It was the perfect cover for that album. Fast, shiny, angry etc.

Guest
Kraftwerk's album covers (and photo shoots in general) always fascinated me as a kid. Those crazy Germans....
progladyte
I really liked any of the Roger Dean or Patrick Woodruff covers - so evocative of fantasy

Hergest
There are so many, a few that stand out and make me pick the lp from the rack. Tubular Bells of course. A cover that looks as good and fresh now as when it was released. Lemon Jelly. Superb tri-fold on both sides. Moody Blues.

mrbuzzardstubble
Here's an odd one I've just discovered. In 1968 Paul Karshner and Chuck Mangione got together and released this album under the name The National Gallery. The album was called Musical Interpretations of the Paintings of Paul Klee. One of the Swiss artists works graces the cover.

metal beat
Loved the album and album cover so much, I got my wife to paint it on canvas and put it my wall over the turntables. Excuse the dark iPhone photo.
