LHH
Item: Trek 7.3 FX Flat-bar Road Bike Location: CanberraPrice: $380 $315Item Condition: Very GoodReason for selling: Money required for boring stuff like food.Payment Method: Cash, Paypal Extra Info: According to Trek, this is their most popular bike, and it is pretty much universally well reviewed. I purchased it as an occasional commuter bike and it's been excellent for that purpose, combining the speed of a road bike with the more comfortable riding position of a city bike. As well as being fast, it's light, well built, well balanced, and responsive. Because I only ride when I'm running late, and mostly work from home, it hasn't had a great amount of use and is in excellent condition. The frame is Trek's Alpha Gold Aluminium, and is 17.5" (which is slightly smaller than average - I'm 5'8" and it's a perfect fit for me). Drivetrain, wheels, grips, etc. are all quality branded components (mostly Shimano and Bontrager). According to my receipt I paid $799 for the bike. Also included are lightweight Bontrager Saelite mudguards (which set me back $50), a Kryptonite Keeper lock (which cost $30) and front and rear lights (which cost $50). I also have an Adura Edge helmet (which cost $50) which I can include if it fits you (it's never taken an impact). Pick up only. progladyte
Nice bike! I have a Trek also and reckon they are brilliant for the money. Someone should snap this up considering its condition and all the extras. GLWTS Prog
Luc
How high does that seat stem go? I'm a bit bigger than your average bear and should you ride it up to my place I'll fill you up with home cooking and a wine or four and deposit you down at the Byron/Ballina airport to head back to the city that popular usage forgot(A Mike Carlton term). I'd buy it but the weight factor and the distance factor probably kills it I think.

I blame the government personally.

progladyte
What a shame to see this still unsold. Trek is a very good brand of bike. I've been really happy with mine.
