Rydalmere and Silverwater are about the closest to Parramatta.
There is also one at Yennora.

I got mine made for $140 at http://ausplasfab.com.au/
They have an outlets at Silverwater and Ultimo. They may courier it out to you if you pay them.

I also used Warren's place for a smaller table, was $120 for 4 sides (no back). Excellent work and very fast too.

I had two TT covers made by them for around $100 each and the workmanship was good.
