I searched for it and it turned out to be a Newstand magazine (i.e. Apple's native magazine app).

I couldn't register for an account. Damn.. gotta try again

Two ways

One and most common , get some iTunes US gift cards, I get them from EBay, lots of people sell them , I use " your one stop shop for iTunes " grad bloke, he just email you the code in seconds.

You then need to set up an account in iTunes, use a US address, any thing will do as it is not checked, I use 1 infinite loop, ( apple head office ;)

Remember to change store to USA when you do this. There is am option to set up account with no credit card, use that , then just redeem iTunes card

I do all my stuff on at USA account, rent movies, music, I cloud and so on, works a treat

The other way only works if you have a AMEX card, google and see if there is a USA zip code the same as your post code ( the one used for your Amex ) with a 0 on the end, so if your 3004 look for 30040 , if there is, set up anew US account, use a made up address from the town with the zip code, magic iTunes thinks your a USA costomer !
