I spent 2 hours in Greville Records today. Warwick Brown has just received 2 large vinyl collection that he bought in the US. There's some amazing stuff there, stuff I haven't seen for 30 years, mint original unplayed UK Moody Blues pressings for instance, original Julie London LPs, large numbers of Beatles, Grateful Dead, Kinks original UK pressings, I could go on. It took ages as the store is now full of vinyl bins but they are randomly stacked so that you have to look through them all. I only bought a few but I doubt that they've ever been played. 10% off for Record Store day but I wouldn't wait if I were you.

regards Michael

It does vary considerably. Everything is in outstanding conditon though. Plenty of stuff available for around $30.00. The Japanese Little Richard I picked up today was $30.00 and is Pristine. I also picked up Lou Reed's New York for $35.00, and again it is outstanding (see today's entry on Currently Spinning thread). I grabbed a copy of The Sports sing Dylan (and Donovan) for $10.00 and it looked new.

Indeed it is......it's a pity that all my Credit Card purchases are scrutinised by the financial controller!

It's always better to explain than to ask permission:)
