hi all i'm new to the forum, i would like to know has anyone owned or tested the parasound d200. i've googled it their seams now has reviewed it, does it mean that isn't good dvd player in general?? i'm only going to use it for cd playback plus watching music dvd's and the odd movie. my system as follow so far.

The D 200 is a discontinued product according to the Parasound website, not sure when they stopped them.

I've got a couple of Parasound amps and have been very happy with them. The Halo D3 version of this player is pretty well regarded and the New Classic Line is really just a cheaper version of the Halo products to I would expect it to be a pretty decent machine.

Just found it, they were produced from 2006 - 2008, same as the D3, so its been a few years since they stopped production of these.
