Hello,

I'm relatively experienced with my Logitech 785 remote but after switching amps recently I'm quite frustrated that I can't seem to set up all activities (namely Foxtel, via HDMI into the VCR input). I'm not using ARC for TV duties as I want to use a PVR & this is why I'm not using the SAT TV input for Foxtel & using the VCR HDMI input instead.

So, the issue is that the amp will not switch direct to the Foxtel (VCR) input (it does for BD, DVD & SAT TV) & I can't find a command on either the supplied remote or the Logitech software? What's making this even more annoying is that while the AMP does show the source selection OSD when I activate the "Watch Foxtel" activity, the Logitech remote doesn't work with the left, right, up & down commands so I can't simply change the amp settings via the OSD.

Can anyone pls offer any advice on how I can fix this as this issue is really starting to annoy me & making it hard for me to simply enjoy the new amp (let alone the wife!!).

I had an issue with my Logitech around 'Game' on my processor. Turned out to be a dodgy code in the library. I just relearned the command from the local remote.

try deleting all activities (not devices) and then reinstalling them. This usually fixes the problem.

The issue I have is whilst there is a HDMI VCR input, the actual Marantz remote doesn't have a button for this input? If I could get the logitech to learn the left, right, up & down commands I should be ok.
