Hello, I am new here.
I need some advice on how to correct my room acoustic problem. Here is some background info:
Focus Chorus 826V mains
Focus CC800V Centre
Yamaha rear bookshelf speaker(forgot the name, under $500 in piano black finish)
Velodyne CHT 12 subwoofer (not the current series)
Sources:
Yamaha 750C DVD player (for listening CDs or DVD)
Yamaha 2700B receiver
Sony PS3 (blue ray or games)
The shape of the room is L shape. I have timber floor. Quickdrawing I have done to illustrate my room setup.
file:///C:/Users/FelixYeung/Pictures/room%20setup.jpg
I have problem with reflections in my room. I found that since I replaced my rug with the cow hide the problem got worse...
as you can see in the drawing there is not much space I can put the acoustic panel.
Does ceiling cloud improve the sound in this setup?
where can I get the acoustic panel in Sydney?
thanks

Maybe you need to have a look in the Room Acoustics & Tweaks at what others are doing and post in there.
Also your attachment is not visible until you get 5 posts up I believe
