I remember this event years ago when I was getting in to the HiFi scene. Good fun.

I accidentally clicked on the SNA Home page and saw this article http://www.stereo.ne...ual_exhibition/

Is anyone going?

Going to the Wednesday session if nothing comes up to chuck a spanner in the works.
The venue is just a quiet stroll to the end of the street and around the corner. ;)

Cheers,
Alan R.

I might see at the show Alan

Called in briefly this arvo. Not a lot there. If you go, what gear there is is on the 4th floor. Have a listen to the Atlantic Technology inverse horn/tranmission line speakers. Very impressive IMHO.
The Martin Logans were pretty good too.

Not suprising as they probably weren't expecting too many visitors. I mean, to have this shown on a weekday suggests to me that it was set up to fail. Too harsh?

In case y'all can't read between the lines...I'd like to go, but during the week? Please!

GSpot, one of the organisers told me that it is actually an annual event for the trade guys. That's why the weekday.
This is the first time they have opened it up to the public.

From the original post, (from memory)the 1st day was for trade and the 2nd for the public. Why open it to the public at all then? Better than nothing I suppose... but not by much.
