Zaph, this is the second such thread in three days.
I just had a look at your PM statistics (note - viewed statistics only. SNA has no way of viewing your PM's). You have 43 PM's in your inbox, and 55 PM's in your "sent items" folder. I mentioned previously that you need to clear your sent items because it counts towards your usage.
If threads like this start becoming a regular occurrence, we may consider deleting all your PM's every time we see this happen.
