Well as we've stepped into the modern era with a funky new graphics theme what better way to get High Tech than to be able to read all SNA's latest debates and For Sale bargains than being able to do it anywhere, anytime, on your iPhone.

All you need to do is get the application named "Tapatalk". More information: http://www.tapatalk.com/mobile

There is a free version, or the full version for AU$3.99

Once installed, simply type in StereoNET in the search, and login with your forum username and password. Don't forget to add SNA to your favorites in the application.

Note, this also works for Android, Nokia and Blackberry devices. Follow the instructions from the link above!

I don't mind it, it's good for me to be able to keep a quick eye on things on the road, and then log in through safari if I actually need to do anything.

I only get this message on SNA when navigating to specific forum sections and not when viewing 'Latest Posts'

I will get errors sometimes going to different sections of the forum, or sometimes it will just completely crash out back to m iPhone main screen. I think tapatalk is a bit buggy. There is a new update though invade you fon have it.

Yeah I'm not overly impressed with it now - it is quite buggy.
I'm looking at a dedicated iPhone app at the moment.

Tapatalk runs much faster than using Safari to browse SNA on the iPhone.

I've found the iPhone app very handy. Now, though, when I go to "unread" under the "latest" tab the following error message is shown: "Server Plug-in is out of date. Please contact your forum owner to update the plug-in". It'd be great to ge the application working again.

Regards,
APS

Yeah, every time Tapatalk updates, something is fixed and something new breaks.
I'd say it might be more a tapatalk problem than SNA, but I could be wrong.

I have a new iPhone my daughter gave me and was away from my computer for three days. Tried to use Tapatalk to ease my stereo.net addiction but as stated above it didn't work. I got the "Server Plug-in is out of date" message when trying to view new messages and the "forum is temporarily closed message" when trying to access the forums.

I actually don't see the point of Tapatalk on the iPad, when you can access the site in its entirety through Safari?
I have tested SNA and it works flawlessly on the iPad?

My problematic eyesight demands the larger print and no ads, which don't work in safari on the iPad anyway. Have tried clicking them and they just bring me to the stereo net homepage.

That's a shame. I was hoping to use the Tapatalk this weekend when I was away from home.

I did notice stereo.net was slow this morning but I put in down to something with our work internet. Everybody has the Rudd/Gillard meeting up on their screens.

I thought it was because I had updated my iphone OS.
