Where does it state on the Audio Revive website that there "is no ground" in Japan? I can see this "RGC-24 shows an effect even in the environment where high quality grounding is already been done" and "Even in the environment where ground is already is been drawn, you can improve sound" - so they make no claim that ground cannot be made.
