Has anybody run across this brand before ?
Wondering if they make good quality/value items.
Saw it in a mag and some of the things look rather nice, but I wouldn't mind a second opinion...

Jungson l believe is a Chinese brand.
That may or may not be a bad thing, depends if they design and build their own gear or make copies of others

Im pretty sure there was a review of an Inca CD player in HiFi News lately.
Pretty good review from memory and good pricing.

I have a Jungson Ltd edition JA1 pre and a JA99 power amp with 80 watt of class A. Sounds better than anything I have heard in the price range and more and I am talking about a Primare A30.1 that I got rid off just to buy this. Big, deep and high sound stage, great dynamics, smooth, natural and full sounding (not bright or thin or hard), great tonality and harmonics and can go very loud with very low distortion. Does get pretty hot though but the heat sink is highly efficient. Lots of threads on Audioasylum.

I see that Junson make an Oasis brand as well. I see that the seem yo be the same as their reference line ja 200 mono blocks.
Has anyone had any experience with the Oasis.
These amps seem to have high distortion that not noticleable at normal listening levels but still can contribute to " the highs" having a glassey quality to them.
Are the Jungson designers working on correcting that in the Oasis models or in the Jungson reference mono blocks because it's a problem with the amps driving 8 ohms speakers and it doubles into 4 ohms which is definitely not good.
Look forward to hearing from you all.
Thanks.
